3. Shipping prices
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order based on the location where the hat will be shipped.
4. Methods of payment
Bank transfer
1) You can replace a purchased “ready to wear” product.
The replacement request must be sent within 60 days from the date the goods were received by writing to info@annabacciocchi.com with “Replacement model [nome del modello acquistato] ” as the subject of the email.
From the moment the e-mail is received, we will immediately contact you personally to arrange pick-up and re-delivery shipment based on your needs. Both shipments will be charged to us.
2) You can also make a return and request a refund instead of a replacement.
The return request must be sent within 60 days from the date the goods were received by writing to info@annabacciocchi.com with “Return model [nome del modello acquistato] ” as the subject of the email.
From the moment the e-mail is received, we will immediately contact you personally to arrange pickup shipment according to your needs and make the refund transfer. Pickup will be at our expense.
3) Replacement and return services do not apply to custom-made products
Conditions for return
Hats must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must be returned including all labels, box, and with suitable packaging to preserve the product during transport.
All returned hats are subject to inspection and must meet all parameters.
When I receive the replacement
At the time of the change you will be placed on a priority list so your new order will go into production immediately, so you will receive the goods within 45 days of processing plus shipping time (as per above).
You will be promptly updated of every step of the replacement via email and text message.
Methods of reimbursement
The refund is made by re-crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase, i.e. by bank transfer.
In this regard, it will be necessary to provide the following data:
● Last name and first name
● Tax code
● Residential address, zip code, municipality, province
● Bank details (account holder, IBAN)
Refunds are made within 7 business days (business days are from the date of receipt of the return request).
